How to Add a Camper

This document explains how to create a camper through the admin.

You may want to create a new camper through the admin if a parent has trouble or if you need to manually add users to the roster for the after school camp.


  1. From the admin dashbaord go to Campers
  2. Click Create Camper
  3. Fill out the form.  
  4. Note that you can upload documents for them.  This is in place of using docusign for the signed documents.  In the case where you have no documents to upload, the camper will not be able to enroll until either the parent has signed in and filled them out, or documents are uploaded in their place.
