Resetting The Application

This document explains the differences in the application reset, which is a tool that can be used to reset the app for the next career fair/recruitment cycle

The company tools page has three options for resetting the application, Reset Internship Application, Reset Recruiting Application, Reset Entire Application.  The following should explain those differences.

Resetting The Entire Application

The following actions are executed if you click reset the entire app

  • Delete all interviews, offers, slots, schedules and groups.

  • Reset Intern Finalize on all companies

  • Reset Recruitment finalize on all companies

  • Reset Enable Internship and Enable Recruitment on all companies

  • Updates Last modified date on all companies

  • Delete all info session data on all companies

  • Delete all open/close/company close times for recruitment on all companies

  • Removes any companies added to a student's recruitment list for all students.

  • Removes all rankings of companies for all students.

  • Resets career fair flags for all companies.

Resetting Internship Application 

  • Delete all interviews, offers, slots, schedules and groups.

  • Reset Intern Finalize on all companies

  • Reset Enable Internship

  • Updates Last modified date on all companies

  • Delete all info session data on all companies

  • Removes all rankings of companies for all students.

Resetting Recruitment Application

  • Delete all interviews, offers, slots, schedules and groups.

  • Reset Recruitment finalize on all companies

  • Reset Enable Recruitment on all companies

  • Updates Last modified date on all companies

  • Delete all info session data on all companies

  • Delete all open/close/company close times for recruitment on all companies

  • Removes any companies added to a student's recruitment list for all students.
