How to Setup a Company to Use Open Interview Sign Ups

This Article will explain how to setup a company to use open sign up interviews, and how that differs from the typical pre-selected sign up features in CM Jobs.

Differences In Functionality

  • Companies with open sign up as their interview mode will not receive emails about pre-selection.

  • Companies with open sign up as their interview mode will not see pre-select lists in their company dashboard.

 Instructions

To enable open sign up style interviews. You’ll need to switch the interview mode on the company you wish to change.

  1. Open up the CM Jobs Admin, and go to Manage Companies

  2. Select the company you want to enable open interviews for and click edit

  3. Find “Interview Mode” and select “Open Sign Up”

  4. Save the company

  5. Proceed to setup the interview schedule as you normally would. Please note that you can only have one interview group for a company that is using Open Sign Up Interviews.
