How to View/Edit/Delete Students

For editing and viewing student information.

Step-by-step guide

Log into the CM Jobs Admin application.

Click on the "Students" drop down then click "Manage".

Here you will be able to see a list of all uploaded student records organized by last name.

Use the search feature on the left side of the screen to search for a student by name or eName.

Once you find the student, click on the "Actions" drop down on the right side of the screen.



Viewing/Editing Profile

Click on "View/Edit Profile.

Here you will be able to view the student's information. Make the appropriate edits then click "Save Profile".


Viewing Resume

Click on "View Resume".

This will open a PDF version of the student's resume.


Downloading Resume

Click on "Download Resume".

This will download a PDF version of the student's resume.


Viewing Interviews

Click on "View Interview Schedule/Requests".

This will allow you to see if the student has any scheduled interviews or pending requests. If they do, it will show up here.


Deleting Students

Click on "Delete".

Confirm that you would like to delete the student by clicking "Delete this Student".
