How to set Black and White as Xerox Default

These instructions cover the steps needed to configure your default printing color to black and white in cases where a Xerox printer is able to also print in color.

1. Open Control Panel

2. Select “View Devices and Printers”

3. Right-click the printer and select “Printing Preferences”

4. Under “Xerox Black and White” click the dropdown menu and select “On”
