Adding and Editing Categories

Creating and modifying categories.

Adding a New Category

Login to the Admin Interface

Select the "Manage Content" drop down and click "Categories".


Select "Create Category"




Type a title for your category then click "Create Category"


Editing a Category

Once in the Categories menu, select the "Actions" drop down next to the category you want to edit.

Select "Edit" to edit the category or "Delete" to delete the category.

Here you will be able to edit the title of the Category by clicking "Edit".

Once finished, click "Save".


Searching for Categories

First, navigate to the Categories menu.

In order to find a category in the list, click to type in the search menu on the left side of the page.

  1. Type in the name of the category.
  2. Click "Search".
  3. The category will now show up in the list where you can edit or delete it.
  4. When finished, click "Reset Search" to return to the full list of categories.
