View Tracking, Rating, and Comments


Tracking Activity

First log into the Admin interface.

Click on the "Feedback and Tracking" drop down.

Select "Tracking"

  1. This will show the activity within the application.
  2. You will be able to view the user's email, which page they visited, and the date and time of activity. 

Survey Results

Click on the "Feedback and Tracking" drop down.

Select "Survey Results"
  1. This will show the responses to survey's taken within the application.
  2. You will be able to view the page the survey was taken on, the user's email, the survey result, and the date and time of activity. 
  3. On the right side of the page, clicking the "Actions" drop down next to a survey will give you the option to delete the response.

Viewing Comments and Ratings

Click on the "Feedback and Tracking" drop down.

Select "View Comments/Ratings"
  1. This will show the ratings and comments posted on a page within the application.
  2. You will be able to view the page the comment was posted on, the user's email, the star rating and comment, and the date and time of the post. 
  3. On the right side of the page, clicking the "Actions" drop down next to a comment will give you the option to delete the response.
