Performance Feedback Tutorial - View Results

Viewing Results

We are now ready to view some results. Proceed back to your Survey Instances page after logging in to Performance Feedback.

Using the dropdowns on the left sidebar select the survey year and survey that you wish to view results for, and click Filter.

On each subject you’ll notice that you can send a reminder email, view the response report, and view all respondents for this survey instance. You’ll also notice that at this point you cannot edit. Edits are not allowed after a survey has gone live as this would change survey questions after a survey has potentially been filled out by respondents.

To view our results, click View Response Report on any subject that has had at least one response.

 

 

Each question type will have a slightly different graphical result, which you can see below. You are also able to export your results if you wish.

Additionally, if you would like to anonymously view results by respondent, you can click the respondent number on the left hand sidebar.
