How to Add, Remove, or Edit a Program

CCP Programs can be managed from within the application. This document will demonstrate how you can add, remote, and edit those programs.

These programs are used throughout the application and also show up on the initial search page as a filter option:

 

To Add a Program

  1. From any page click “Manage Services and Documents” from the main navigation bar.

  2. Select “Programs” from the sidebar navigation

  3. Select “Create Program”

4.  Type in the name of the program and select any funders or services that apply.

Edit an Existing Program

  1. Follow the steps for adding a program to get to the programs page.

  2. Click “details” on an existing program

3. Edit the name, funders, etc.

Deleting an Existing Program

  1. Follow the steps for adding a program to get to the programs page.

  2. Click “details” on an existing program.

  3. Click “delete” in the lower left hand corner of the modal
