How to Re-Send Invitations to Users

This article describes how to re-send invitations for users to use the OEP that have either lost their invitation email or their invitation link has expired. (Invitation links are good for 30 days)

Instructions

  1. Login to the OEP web application and go to the Administrator portal

  2. Click “Manage Users”

     

  3. Click the “All Users” button on the upper right corner.

4. Search for the user you wish to re-send the invitation for. Please note you can only search by first and last name as the email address is encrypted. If you want to search by last name, click “All Users” button (the one below the search button) and then use your browser’s Find functionality to look up by email.

5. Click the Re-Send Invitation button to resend the invitation to the user.
