Complete Cleaning Tasks
This article will help you understand how to mark cleaning tasks as complete.
Instructions
There are a few ways to mark cleaning tasks as complete. As long as it is done before the completion check is done on Sunday mornings, each method works the same. It’s also worth mentioning that any lab operator can complete anyone else’s cleaning task.
The most obvious way to complete a cleaning task is to click the Schedule dropdown menu in the navigation bar, then select Cleaning Tasks.
On that screen, you can select the appropriate lab, then click on the Actions button, and finally select Complete.
Another way to complete a task on Lab Tools is to go to the lab’s page that the cleaning task belongs to. On the right side of the page, you will see cleaning tasks that you can complete.
The final way to complete a cleaning task is to go to your own dashboard. Any cleaning tasks assigned to you will show up there. You’ll also see the specific shift it is “assigned” to, though it is not necessary to do it on that day.
