How to Manage Participant's Blackout Dates

For adding dates that participants will not receive survey notifications.

Step-by-step guide

Click on "Participants".


Navigate to/Search for the participant you want to edit.


Click on the "Actions" drop down and select "Manage Blackouts".


Click on "Add Blackout".


Select the date and time range then click "Create".


Once created, the blackout can be edited or deleted using the "Actions" drop down.
