View open and closed issues and submit a “New Issue” from this screen. When submitting issues, try to provide as much detail as possible (including screenshots). If you don’t hear from a developer within a day or two send a follow up email to project manager, Rachel Easterbrook (reasterbrook@insidenewcity.com) and developer, Jesse Janowiak (jesse@insidenewcity.com).

Our Maintenance Agreement with NewCity covers updates and bug fixes we pay an hourly rate for anything else. See NewCity contracts for latest agreement details.
