How to Upload a Letter of Recommendation

Admins have been able to upload documents for students but uploading a Letter of Recommendation didn’t allow a student to submit their application right away. Until now.

Please note: Once an admin uploads a letter of recommendation in place of a recommender, that recommender will no longer be able to access their link or upload a letter of recommendation themselves.

In order to upload a letter of recommendation in place of a recommender, go to Manage Students, then Edit/View the student you will be uploading the letter for.

Scroll down to the Letters of Recommendation section.

Click Upload Letter for the recommender you will be uploading for. A new tab will open with a page for you to upload their letter of recommendation. Once you reach the “Thank you” page, it is safe to close that tab.

Once you refresh the Edit Student page, you will see that the letter is uploaded and shown in the Document Center section.

At this point the student will be able to successfully submit their application.
