Campus Connections Mentor Application Help

Welcome!

Documentation for the Campus Connections Mentor Application process which uses MS Forms and Power Automate to capture application data and append data to a shared Excel spreadsheet.

Office 365 Shared Account

All tools (MS Form, Power Automate, MS Excel) used in the application process were set up under the Campus Connections shared Office 365 account chhs-hdfs_campus_connections@colostate.edu (CHHS IT - password is in KeePass). The following people have been given access to view the files created under the shared account and these users should be able to access by signing in with their own Office 365 credentials:
