How to Copy a Survey

Use Performance Feedback’s Copy Survey tool to copy an existing survey and modify it to use again. Please note that this feature copies the survey and the survey’s associated questions. It does not copy over survey instances.

 Instructions

1. To get started, find the survey you wish to copy. If the survey was given in a past year, use the survey year drop down to find it.

   Open

   

2. Once you’ve found the survey you want to copy, click Actions → Copy.

3. Edit the survey, questions, and the survey open/close dates.
