How to Recover a Lost Token
There may be instances in which a user lost the email that invites them to fill out surveys. This means that they need the link with the token that was sent in the original email. Administrators can easily provide survey respondents with another link so they can access surveys.
Navigate to the Users page.
Find the user who needs a link to their surveys, then click View Token History.
A small window will appear with the most recent token appearing at the top. Click Copy to Clipboard.
It will copy the URL that the respondent needs in order to access their surveys. All you need to do is paste it in a message to the respondent.
Make sure you are copying the right person’s token. If you copy the wrong one, they may end up answering surveys for someone else.
