This page provides a tutorial on accessing and updating the Academic Units, Academic Programs, Class Levels, and Concentrations referenced throughout the Scholarships application. To review a list of Scholarship features and their purposes, please refer to the Scholarships Getting Started Page. For guidance on editing these fields for a specific scholarship, view Manage Scholarship Details.
Navigate to Management Pages
From anywhere in the Scholarships app, locate the navigation bar and select Manage. Choose the feature that you would like to update from the list.
Add or Edit Items
The interface for managing application data is consistent between components. Select the Create button to create a new instance of that component. To make changes to an existing item, go to Actions > Edit next to the item you would like to modify.

The form for creating or editing an item will look like the image below. You may be asked to enter text or select from a menu for certain fields. All fields are required.
