Content Comparison

This tutorial covers how to update and manage the details of a particular scholarship once it has already been created. To review a list of scholarship attributes and their descriptions, please visit the Scholarships Getting Started Tutorial.

Navigate to the View Detail tab of the scholarship that needs updating.

Edit Title or Description

To update a scholarship’s Title, click on the Edit button at the top of the screen and make changes. To edit a scholarship’s Description, click on Edit Description.

Edit Scholarship Attributes

To edit the details of a scholarship, select Edit Scholarship from the right side bar.

Scholarship Type

Select the desired Scholarship Type from the drop down list. Options for this field are All College, Interdepartmental, and Unit. A valid option must be selected in order to save the scholarship details.

Award Type

Use the drop down list to indicate whether the scholarship is BBAM or Non BBAM. A valid option must be selected in order to save the scholarship details.

Fund Type

Use the drop down menu to label a scholarship fund as Annual or Endowed. This is an optional field.

Established Date

To edit a scholarship’s establishment date, either type directly in the box or select the calendar icon to view more options.

In the calendar menu, select the desired date. Use the drop down menu in the top-left to quickly change the month and year, or use the arrows to scroll through the months. To set the established date to today, select Today in the bottom-right corner of the menu.
