Before beginning, if the placement you are trying to add is for a music or art placement, make sure you specify this placement in their student tracker record.
Step-by-step guide
First, click on "Admin".
Search for/Navigate to the student you want to add placements for.
Click on the "Actions" drop down and select "Placements".
Creating a Placement
Click on "Create Placement".
Fill out the form then click "Create".
Editing a Placement
Click on the "Actions" drop down and select "Edit".
Edit the form then click "Update".
