Surveys have one subject, whose performance is being reviewed, and many respondents who are reviewing the subject. Surveys have a name, a description, an open date when respondents can begin their reviews, and a close date by which all responses must be submitted.
To access surveys, navigate to the Surveys tab of the Administration page.
On this page, you can see surveys that you’ve created previously, if they exist. To create a new survey, click the Create Survey button at the top of the page.
Once you click the Create Survey button, a window will appear with the following form:
Fill out the fields, and be sure to pay attention to the Opens field to make sure the surveys don’t go out until the right time.
If everything looks correct, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
The window will close and your survey will appear on the page.
