WP Media Library plugin is installed and allows us to create a virtual folder structure in the user interface to make it much easier to organize images on the website.

We structured it so that each main section of the website has its own folder and within that you’ll find an images folder and files folder.

Requirements:

• Image size - 2400x1600 pixels is preferred and the minimum is 1000x750 pixels.

• Images should be .jpg file type (in fact, you should not be able to upload anything but a .jpg file).

• Images and files cannot exceed 4MB in size.

• Approved file types are .jpg, .pdf, .docx, .pptx, .xlsx if these need to change, see Network Admin > Settings
