How to Add a Coach Announcement

This document explains how to add a site wide coach announcement with an optional email to all coaches.

Instructions

To create a new announcement

Go to Admin → Manage Announcements

Click the "Add Announcement" button

Add the announcement text, set the dates you want the announcement to show up on the site.

Optionally, select Send Email.  This will send the announcement via email to all coaches in the system as soon as create is clicked.  

The announcement will show up on all pages to coaches and admins.
