Installing and Using the Dymo Printer Application

  1. BEFORE PLUGGING IN THE PRINTER FOR THE FIRST TIME YOU MUST INSTALL DYMO CONNECT

  2. Install DYMO Connect (https://download.dymo.com/dymo/Software/Win/DCDSetup1.5.1.20.exe) This only needs to be done once per latop/machine.

  3. Connect printer USB to laptop, then plug in the power for the printer.

  4. Once done, push the power button on the first on the Dymo printer.

  5. For now, the printer application is housed within Research Day as its currently in preview mode.

  6. Open up a browser and go to https://apps.chhs.colostate.edu/researchdayadmin/ and login with your NetId/Password

  7. Click on the navigation link to “Name Tags”

  8. Fill in the name fields. Name is required, but title is optional.

  9. Click Print. You may see a message about allowing a local connection. Click Allow.
