How to Judge a Research Day Project

How to Judge a Research Day Project

Logging In

To get started, you’ll first need to login. You should have received an email with your unique judge code. If not, or if you have misplaced it, please see the judge check in table at Research Day to acquire it. Once you have your judge code, go ahead and open up the link to the juding application. (https://apps.chhs.colostate.edu/researchday). Enter your judge code to begin.

Judging

When you log into the Research Day Judging app, you should see a list of posters that you are assigned to judge. To begin, click or tap on one of them.

You will be taken to a screen where you can assign a score on a 1-5 scale for each category.

Make sure you score the Oral Presentation category. If the presenter is not at the poster, leave the default N/A option selected.

When you are done adding a score for each category, click or tap the Submit Scoring button.

You will be brought back to the home screen so you can continue to judge your assigned projects until you’ve judged all of them.
