How Do I Add Forms?

This document explains how to add forms to a member’s profile.
  1. Under the Forms tab, this is where you will upload the different forms for the user.

  2. Click on the 'Add Form+' button.

2. Choose which type of form you would like to upload.

3. Click the ‘Choose File” button and upload the file needed from your computer and then click 'Save’.

4. In order to download or delete a form, navigate back to the Forms tab and click on the ‘Actions’ button.
