Everyone must follow the rules to use (and work in) CHHS labs.
Enforce policies politely but firmly.
The biggest one is “no food allowed in the lab,” as we’ve had ants and equipment damage before.
Notify Katie if you have any issues. Don’t allow anyone to cross proper boundaries or make you feel unsafe.
Our job is pretty easy, so don’t slack off.
Try to eat your snacks outside of the lab, especially if they are messy or smelly.
Do not wear headphones while you are on the clock.
Communicate if you’re running late or need to leave early.
