Once a survey instance has been created, you can find it by navigating to the Survey Instances page and selecting the survey from the dropdown.

To view the respondents (the ones who are answering the questions on the survey), click the View Respondents button on the right side of the page.

A window will appear that shows you who was invited to take the survey, including whether or not they’ve completed it. Administrators can see whether someone completed a survey, but responses to surveys are anonymous.

Until the survey’s open date has happened, the Send Reminder button will remain disabled, and the links to the surveys will not be sent out to respondents. To find the open date of a survey, navigate to Administration > Surveys, find the survey, and check the Active Dates. In this example, the survey will not open until February 1.

When the open date has been reached, emails will be sent out automatically to the respondents of each survey. If someone is a respondent on multiple surveys, a single email will be sent out with a link that allows them to access all surveys.
