If someone needs a refund, they should first make a request on their PaperCut account for the specific print job that went wrong. There you can find the name of the printer and the cost associated with it.

Once the user requests a refund, go to any lab’s page on Lab Tools, then click the Refunds link under Resources.

Then click on the Create Refund button.

On the Create Refund screen, you’ll specify the user’s ID number, the printer they tried to use, any comments, and the amount.

After submitting, the request will be waiting for approval by the lab manager.
