First, go to the lab’s page for which you are tracking inventory levels.

Under Inventory, select Supplies.

You can then find specific items and update their quantities.

After typing in the number, hit Enter or click the Save button. The “Updated” date will change to today’s date.

You can set all of the “Updated” dates in a category to today’s date by clicking the “Update All” link in each of the three categories.
