Navigating to Scorable Nominations
How to View All Scholarships with Incomplete Scoring
From the anywhere in the Scholarships app, locate the “Committee Scoring ” tab in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. This option will bring you to a list of Scholarships for which you have incomplete scoring. Select the View Scoring tab on any scholarship to view a full list of nominees and their current scores.
Review Nominee Application
Review the scholarship’s criteria and preferences, listed to the left of the nominations. For any nominee, select Download File to download their application materials.
Add or Update a Nomination Score
To begin or update scoring click on the Update Score button to the right of the nominee’s name and file. Each nomination is evaluated on the extent to which they meet the criteria and preferences. For each item in Criteria and Preferences, rate the applicant on a numerical scale (low-high) on how well they fulfilled the requirement. You may leave Comments about your scoring, or leave the box blank.
To save changes to your scoring, select the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
