Add User
Add New users to the network from this screen. Give users access to sites by visiting the site > users section.

Users can also gain access to the network by signing in with SSO. This creates a “subscriber” account. Admins then give users access to sites by visiting the site > users section.

As of January 2023 - all CHHS WordPress users should be signing in with CSU SSO.
Edit User
If you find a user isn’t signing in using SSO, visit the edit user screen
Click Set New Password
Click Update User then email the user and remind them to sign in using CSU SSO.

Admins should periodically audit the list of users within WordPress, delete inactive user accounts. |
Delete User
You will see a list of sites the user had access to.
Select what you wish to do with the content owned by this users
