Sometimes it is necessary to add a judge manually to the research day app. These judges can be CSU Affiliates, or not. This document will demonstrate how to add a judge to the app.

From the judging application, select “Judges” from the top-level navigation
Click
...
Actions → Add Judge
Fill out the form. Adding a CSUID/Net ID is optional.

If you are adding a CSU affiliated user add their CSUID and their NetId to the form. After adding them contact CHHS IT in order to give them permission to the judging application. |
4. When you are ready, click “Add Judge”
