To accept someone’s coverage request, click on the Schedule dropdown menu in the navigation bar, then select Coverage.

On that page you will see a list of coverage requests with an Actions button. If you’d like to accept a request and add it to your schedule, click Actions → Accept. You will be asked to confirm.

Once you accept a shift, you can see it on your schedule in a dark red color.

If you decide you don’t want to cover that shift anymore, you can click on it and request coverage for it like any other shift.
