Connecting a Student without an @colostate (exchange) email address to a Shared Mailbox via the Web
- Have them go to http://outlook.office365.com/owa/<emailAddressHere>@mail.colostate.edu i.e. http://outlook.office365.com/owa/chhs_helpdesk@mail.colostate.edu
- It may ask them to sign in. If it does, they will use their eName@colostate.edu as the username and their own eID password for the password.
- Note: their First.Last@colostate.edu will NOT work
- This way students can get access without us having to provision them an @colostate email address. This is Microsoft's "preferred" method for accessing shared email boxes from a non-fully provisioned account.
